Looking Back: Visiting Our Friends In Matara ~ Amazed At The Progress On The New Church Building

How blessed we were to be able to visit our 

friends in Matara! 

The first floor of the church building is almost complete and we had the opportunity to help many of the church members with the second floor. 

Please continue to pray for this village and the people, especially for the youth. Pray that many will come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. 

"I whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit."

Looking Back: We Are Back In Peru (January 2016)

We made it to Peru early Sunday morning! 

We are a little exhausted from all the flights but are THANKFUL for all the luggage bags that arrived and for the safe flights! Thank you for the prayers....we are flying to Cajamarca today to see Baby September & to prepare things for the final hearing (January 14th @10AM). Please lift her name up - pray that the Lord will go ahead of us and that the judge will find favor with us so we can bring her home soon! Words cannot say enough, how blessed we were to see our friends and family while we were home....and for the many wonderful church families that welcomed us to share the AMAZING miracles and blessings that we have seen from our Lord and Savior throughout these past four years. 

God is so faithful! 

"Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who

Looking Back: Beulah Baptist Church Hosts Benefit Concert (01.03.2016)

Thank you so much to our church family, Beulah Baptist Church, for an AMAZING evening and concert last night with Brian Free and Assurance, Jay Parrak and Vocal Event & Second Generation. We were beyond blessed as many arrived to hear beautiful gospel music and to glorify our Lord and Savior! We would like to thank Tonya & Kevin Sherrill, Gary & Lou Ann Dyson, and MANY others who helped host this fourth annual concert...thank you for helping the mission in Peru! Thank you for all the support, prayers, LOVE, & encouragement - we were so blessed to see many of our friends and family! Please pray as we prepare to travel back to Peru this week - thank you again for EVERYTHING!

Looking Back: December 26, 2015 MRT 5K Race (Statesville, NC)

Thank you so much for all the love and support given this morning for the MRT 5K Run For Peru…it was so great seeing everyone early this morning on this BEAUTIFUL day! We are so proud of the runners, the personal records that were achieved, and for our church family (Beulah Baptist Church) for helping to host this event! We really do appreciate MRT Racing & Scott McLelland for this third annual event! Thank you, Scott, for all the hard work that your team put in! Thank you Joey Gilleland for the support! Lord willing, we look forward to seeing you all again next year on December 31, 2016 (the last day in the year 2016) for this race to help support the mission work in Peru. Mark your calendars!!! Also, a BIG Thank you to Lou Ann Dyson, Terry & Cherilyn Davis, Alarie & Chris Stone, Tonya & Kevin Sherrill, Joan Forsyth, Christy Strange for all your help with today's event!
